    What We Do

The Special Events Office is responsible for the planning and implementation of University events in the St. Louis metro area.

Events include: groundbreaking and dedication ceremonies, open houses and receptions, appreciation lunches, conferences and workshops, donor and community relations events, Board of Trustee dinners, Commencement and the University’s community service day, Webster Works Worldwide.

Special Events Coordinators are available to help you plan, implement, and publicize special events for your school, college, department, or campus. If you have an idea for a conference, workshop, or speaker, or if you are contacted by an individual or group that wants to collaborate with the University on an event, contact Nancy Higgins or Jennifer Willis to explore possibilities.
